Please complete one entry form per horse/rider combo.
(Release Form must accompany entry.)

***4/12/25 Show is double judged and will count as 2 shows for year-end awards if showing under both judges. Class fees are doubled if showing under both judges. To pay online, please multiply your number of classes x2 for payment, otherwise we'll have everything calculated for you at the show office. Only one office fee and grounds fee per horse at this show. If you would prefer to show under one judge only, please select that option at the bottom of your entry form. Thank you!

Liability Release

Entries officially close WEDNESDAY
at 10pm before each show.
No late or same day entries
will be accepted.
Payments can be sent through our square store or cash and check are accepted at the office on show day.
PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ENTRY FORMS.
