Entry Forms

Please complete one entry form per horse/rider combo.
(Release Form must accompany entry.)

***May show is double judged and classes are $20 each this month ($10 per judge). Office fee and practice run fees will remain the same.

Liability Release

Entries officially close Thursday at 10pm before each show.
No late or same day entries
will be accepted.
Payments can be sent through our square store or cash and check are accepted at the office on show day.
